Life is harsh in the frozen north, where thick snowfall buries the land for most of the year and people must carve out an existence between the stones of the mountains and the cold, lashing waves of the sea. Threats from within and without mount and the barbarism of ancient days is only a cold stone’s throw away from a return. The warriors and shield maidens of the ancient sagas have vanished into legend, and Norrøngard cries out for new heroes.
